★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, desde los de seguridad, recepcionista, enfermeras, la chica de rayos X sin cubre bocas y maquillándose no tienen nada de educación y amabilidad. Deberían de darles cursos de atención a clientes. No es nada gratis sus atenciones pagamos por los servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la gente mamona, como si por trabajar para el IMSS los hiciera mas que todos los demás. Especialmente el hdspm de prestaciones, enserio que nada les cuesta contestar bien y esto pasa por que dejan a entrar a gente con primaria trunca y para quejas no tienen donde. A todos les vale. La información no es la que ofende sino sus caras de changos y la forma en la que te atienden.
All the suckers, as if working for the IMSS made them more than everyone else. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hay mucha gente, solo dan cuatro fichas para entrar y los jueves solo 2, si no alcanzas ficha te mandan a unifila, llegas desde las 11am y te vas a las 4:30pm.
Deberían de hacer los trámites por separado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora resulta que solo hay 4 fichas, y los demás se vana a unifila, tienes que programar tu cita como si pudieras programar tu enfermedad, más tiempo para hechar la flojera, son pocas las personas que están en la sala de espera y aún así se dan el lujo de hacerlas esperar, en los 80y 90,s los medicos empezaban a tender a las 6 am y hasta las 2 que terminaba su horario hoy día te empiezan a tender a las 8 y eso si te va bien o si no se les atrabieza una junta o disque curso

Sin embargo, creo que falta que el personal de la clínica organice y oriente a las personas que vamos por algún trámite y consulta médica, así como, a los mismos doctores y personal médico. Ya que, cuando llegas mucho antes de las ocho para formarte y preguntas en dónde o en qué fila formarte, la gente no sabe y por ello se aglomera en la entrada, obstruyendo el camino para personas que van con silla de ruedas, que no pueden caminar por si solas, étc. Y, en el caso de los doctores, que respeten el horario de quienes sí llegamos en tiempo y, que no amenacen con no atendernos sólo porque se estresó de tanto trabajo. También, considero que revisen bien si funcionan sus equipos de trabajo y le den atención también a esa parte que es igual de importante. LA ATENCIÓN PUEDE MEJORAR Y LLEVARSE A CABO CON RESPONSABILIDAD SI EXISTIERA UNA VERDADERA ORIENTACIÓN PARA TODAS LAS PERSONAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no puedo decir mucho sobre éste lugar, la primera vez que lo visito y sin ganas de regresar jajajaja, de entrada los chicos que atienden en ventanillas son puros chakas ñeros hasta eso medio amables, ya las enfermeras son algo pesadas en especial una mugrosa que atiende al lado del consultorio dental pero no la culpo, tener ese cuerpo y cara de perro atropellado debe de tenerla mal emocionalmente XD en fin, fui un iluso pensando que me atenderían a la primer consulta, la clínica es fea, mal iluminada y los baños un asco. No esperaba nada realmente
