★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te citan y cuando vas a la cita te dicen que no hay doctor y pa colmo el trámite solo lo puede aser el médico de tu consultorio
 They summon you and when you go to the appointment they tell you that there is no doctor and to top it all, the procedure can only be done by the doctor in your office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo todo siempre su mala fama de no hay sistema , farmacia cerrada ,hay q ser investigador privado para saber dónde están los médicos ,un deplorable servicio x parte de las enfermeras....
As always its bad reputation of no system, closed pharmacy, you have to be a private investigator to know where the doctors are, a deplorable service by the nurses....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he ido mucho a esta UMF desde que me fracture y ahora tengo que hacerme una cirugía y en general me han atendido bien y rápido, recomiendo sacar cita en la app para mas rápido ya que si te vas a unifila es mas tardado por obvias razones, en general han atendido mis necesidades. (foto en sala de espera :v)
I have been to this UMF a lot since I fractured and now I have to have surgery and in general they have treated me well and quickly, I recommend making an appointment in the app for faster since if you go to unifila it is longer for obvious reasons, in general they have attended to my needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, de lo peor, yo ya no voy ahi ni con tus pies, deplorable, mas de 6 horas para solicitar una incapacidad... Pasaron las 6 horas y tuve que pedir mis papeles porque la "Jefa de departamento clínico" no estaba y como los que estan ahi con ella son unos inutiles, incapaces de dar una explicación pues tuve que pedir mis papeles eh irme... Que asco me da que ese sea el servicio medico de México.
Too bad, the worst, I don't even go there with your feet, deplorable, more than 6 hours to request a disability... The 6 hours passed and I had to ask for my papers because the "Clinical Department Head" was not there and as those who are there with her are useless, incapable of giving an explanation because I had to ask for my papers and leave... I'm disgusted that this is the medical service of Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los doctores les vale realmente el padecimiento de los pacientes. Si pueden cambiar de clínica háganlo. Se tardaron más de dos años en diagnosticar cáncer a un familiar y siempre le decían que era gastritis y lo más que externo la doctora fue un “discúlpeme”.
Exijan sus estudios correspondientes ya que para eso se paga una cuota.
Terrible service. Doctors are really worth the suffering of patients. If you can change clinics, do so. It took more than two years for a relative to be diagnosed with cancer and they always told her it was gastritis and the most external thing the doctor said was “excuse me”.
Demand your corresponding studies since a fee is paid for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre agendo las citas por internet, y la espera el día de la consulta es mínima. De ese modo es más eficiente. Las secretarias que me han atendido han sido excelentes (consultorio 3 y 4 vespertino), siempre amables. Falta darle mantenimiento a la unidad.
I always schedule appointments online, and the wait on the day of the consultation is minimal. That way it is more efficient. The secretaries who have attended me have been excellent (office 3 and 4 in the evening), always friendly. The unit needs maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay organización, si lo que quieren evitar es aglomeraciones es uns misión fallida, de nada sirve que te pidan venir a anotarte en unas listas durante la madrugada cuando pides fichas porque las consultas en línea son alejadas en fechas
There is no organization, if what they want to avoid is crowds it is a failed mission, it is useless if they ask you to come and sign up on some lists during the early morning when you ask for chips because online consultations are remote on dates
