★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan las llamadas , quiero saber si tienen la vacuna del bcg, mínimo que me digan si es forzoso ir hasta allá por ficha, a que hora, que día la tendran.
 They do not answer the calls, I want to know if they have the bcg vaccine, at least they tell me if it is forced to go there by file, at what time, what day they will have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden cuando se les marca y tiene uno que ir hasta haya para saber las cosas que se solicitan, yo recomiendo que estén más al pendiente de las llamadas ya que para nosotros si es importante que nos contesten para aclarar las dudas o que den bien los números de teléfono
They do not attend when they are marked and one has to go until there is to know the things that are requested, I recommend that they be more aware of the calls since for us it is important that they answer us to clarify the doubts or that they give the Telephone numbers

El personal de pensiones Nunca está ayer 15de junio 2020 salio Temprano hoy 16 No sé presentó y NINGUNA de las personas que están ahí cubre su lugar o ayudan de verdad capaciten a su gente hay gente que pide permiso en su trabajo y por culpa de estás situaciones pierde uno el tiempo.
Attention is Nefarious! The pension staff is never yesterday June 15, 2020 left early today 16 I do not know presented and NONE of the people who are there cover their place or really help train their people there are people who ask for permission in their work and because of these situations one wastes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en el consultorio 1 vespertino solamente tienen de 3 a 4 lugares para atender a pacientes, lo demás es con cita, pero no te pueden dar una porque no te pueden registrar en su sistema (nefasto) y por la misma razón de no pasar a uno a consulta!
Terrible service, in the office 1 evening they only have 3 to 4 places to attend to patients, the rest is by appointment, but they cannot give you one because they cannot register you in their (ominous) system and for the same reason of not Pass one to consultation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No conocen la atención hacía un paciente y mucho menos el servicio al que debemos de tener los trabajadores y familiares. Es muy lamentable asistir a una cita médica porque me tratan muy mal y si no tienes cita tienes que perder mínimo 6 horas para que te atiendan y te receten medicamentos baratos. Al menos que necesite incapacidad laboral para poder justificar los días de ausencia al trabajo.
They do not know the attention to a patient and much less the service that we must have workers and family. It is very unfortunate to attend a medical appointment because they treat me very badly and if you do not have an appointment you have to lose at least 6 hours to be attended and prescribed cheap medications. Unless you need work disability to be able to justify the days of absence from work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre me han atendido muy bien en el turno vespertino. Lo malo es que no siempre hay médicos en todos los consultorios. El doctor Carlos es excelente médico.
They have always treated me very well on the evening shift. The downside is that there are not always doctors in every office. Doctor Carlos is an excellent doctor.
