★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es excelente,sus instalaciones son de primera,pero el servicio deja mucho que desear...el personal,así como los policías,socorristas, jueces y muchos servidores más,se han vuelto muy insensibles e indiferentes.
El estacionamiento es solo para el personal,y como está encajonado el edificio,es muy difícil conseguir donde estacionarse. Y aquí se hacen operaciones varias y para salir es muy complicado pues se llena de unidades de transporte público.
En fin...hay excelente personal,sólo hay que sensibilizarlos. Amo el IMSS,amo a su personal,y si vienes de fuera,tienes la preferencia. En la escala del 1 al 10...le pongo 9.5...
 The place is excellent, its facilities are top notch, but the service leaves much to be desired ... the staff, as well as the police, lifeguards, judges and many other servers, have become very insensitive and indifferent.
Parking is for staff only, and since the building is encased, it is very difficult to get where to park. And there are several operations here and to get out is very complicated because it is filled with public transport units.
Anyway ... there are excellent staff, you just have to sensitize them. I love IMSS, I love its staff, and if you come from outside, you have the preference. On the scale of 1 to 10 ... I put 9.5 ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en el área de urgencia no hacen revisión, les cuento lleve a mi familiar a las 4 AM por un malestar y solo le pusieron medicamento y nos pidió retirarnos, más tardes tuvimos que ir a urgencias del Vicente Guerrero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les contaré mi historia el día de hoy siendo las once y media del día llegó a puerta y me indican que no puedo pasar al seguro por qué no tengo cita y vengo de espontáneo a ver si me pueden atender, me tengo que apuntar en una lista en la reja de la calle para poder tener acceso ya que por covid no podemos estar todos dentro del lugar (entendible) pero a la 13:35 que se empieza a invitar a todos los de las lista dejan pasar a todos sin excepción los que nos habíamos apuntado y estamos en un mismo lugar
( no entendible ) ya que habemos muchos en un mismo lugar entonces el primer proceso para que se hace ? Dos llegó a mi consultorio y no hay chica cuando entodos los consultorios ya está alguien aceptando tarjetas así que me toca esperar 40 minutos más para que den solución . Llega una chica ( no le tocaba en el consultorio ) y me dice no tengo lugar para usted si tenemos algo le llamamos
Ahorita son las 15:55 y voy a esperar haber si paso
Se que las reglas se hacen por algo pero definitivamente en un lugar donde se supones que salvan vidas uno tenga que venir a perder india de su vida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica a la que he asistido desde mi niñez, toda mi familia ha sido atendida ahí, afortunadamente hemos tenido excelente médicos y desafortunadamente hemos tenido médicos, no diré que malos, porque si llegas a ser médico, méritos debes tener, pero sí ha habido algunos que nos dieron malos diagnósticos o pésima atención, pero bueno así es todos lados ¿no? Al menos eso quiero creer.
The clinic that I have attended since my childhood, my whole family has been treated there, fortunately we have had excellent doctors and unfortunately we have had doctors, I will not say bad, because if you become a doctor, you must have merits, but there have been some who gave us bad diagnoses or terrible care, but well, that's how it is everywhere, right?
