★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención vía telefónica es pésima, llevo horas tratando de contactarme, y solo te cortan las llamadas.
No deberían de ofrecer este servicio, sino van atender por teléfono.
¿Me pregunto si hay alguien que mida el servicio que se da por teléfono?
Algo como atención al usuario, o bien el tiempo de respuesta...
Ojalá por aquí si contesten....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden rápido, tienen un protocolo muy estricto con lo del COVID, lo cual es bueno, pero sobre todo, son amables. Bueno los de cajas no tanto, los médicos son buenos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención . no tardas tanto para pasar a consulta si estás con cita. Si tienes la app de IMSS DIGITAL nunca agendes cita después de las 6:00 pm los días jueves. Ya que ese dia después de ese horario no hay consultas. La foto es porque vi está cartulina en PREVEIMSS y considere importante compartirla

Actualmente 2022 dejan mucho que decir.
Es personal calificado, gente “preparada” estudiada y no tienen tantito de respeto ni saben dirigirse a las personas.
Está totalmente desorganizado el servido y tratan a la gente con un despotismo que da tristeza y pena.
