TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I only came because in my work they asked me for disability due to COVID, it takes more than 30 minutes per person to generate the process and one feeling bad. I was trained for more than 2 hours !! Poor people who have no choice but to use these filthy institutions.

The doctor Berenice of the office 2 morning shift, is a despot and takes too long in the consultations. I had my appointment at 10:15 and he attended me until 12:45, what a horror !!!!

Three hours in line to take the covid test and I continue to wait, because there are only 3 doctors and it has not progressed for more than 30 minutes. They don't like to work !!!

Hi, I have a question. If my 10 days of disability have passed and I still have symptoms, can I still go to work? And if so, do I need a registration form or do I just show up at work and that's it?

Terrible service from many doctors there. They get upset if you see a private doctor but they don't think it's done because they are inept and despotic in insurance.

Horrible I put a star because it won't let me put zero. Yesterday I spent 4 hours standing in the street at night with my baby in my arms to go in and have them do the covid test, and when we finally went in another 40 minutes filling out a sheet with some data that I had no idea about the discomfort that we had (my little boy was also very sick and annoyed) and so that in the end they told me that they were not going to do it to me because I had to have 4 days with the minimum symptoms and at least 3 symptoms and a roll that the nurse tells you, that Vania had to tell her outside and wait for one for so long so that after 5 hours they didn't come back, my arms hurt from carrying my son so much, inhumane and incompetent treatment. It is a health institution. , because that benefit is not free, they discount it, it is your money that pays the salary of that bunch of incompetents. I firmly hope that they close this clinic, at least they do not want to work from the moment they enter, they are super hateful and tactless, one goes with discomfort and rude and arrogant treatment. They suggest that you pay and go get the test done at a private laboratory, so why do I have that benefit if I'm not going to use it? They should ask us if we want IMSS or not in our jobs, and that it be optional, not imposed. The attention in these institutions is mediocre.
