El día de hoy llame para pedir información y la recepcionista no resolvió mi duda, además que tampoco me trasfiero a la área correspondiente. Le pido de favor que dejen de llamar "muñequita" como si no fuera pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, aunque odio sacar cita a una hora y te atienden una hora después, pero si llegas tarde 10 segundos a tu cita ya no te atienden. Por lo demás, el servicio siempre ha sido bueno en mi opinión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo todo en el IMSS sigue siendo demasiado burocrático, falta inversión y actualización. Esta clínica es eficiente pero deja mucho que desear. Las instalaciones son adecuadas pero pueden mejorar. Falta mucha cultura cívica para mejorar todo. Si uno está herido o lesionado se vuelve sin más complicada la estancia y la realización de los trámites.
How everything in the IMSS is still too bureaucratic, lack of investment and updating. This clinic is efficient but leaves much to be desired. The facilities are adequate but can improve. Lack a lot of civic culture to improve everything. If one is injured or injured, the stay and the completion of the procedures becomes more complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo k no me gusta k cada k voy a consulta siempre cambia de médicos soy del consultorio 1 turno de la mañana , yo quiero un doctor o doctora profesional k sepa las enfermedades d cada paciente en mi caso mío es tgo anemia de 3do apunto de leucemia , lupus eritmatoso , hipoterismo ,reumatismo y una úlcera varicosa k sepan dar un tratamiento de esa enfermedades junto con las deabetis lo k ya no quiero k me cambié los médicos por favor ok gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general: el servicio es regular. Cuidado con el precio de las copias: tienen precios especiales para documentos oficiales como el INE y la cartilla. Si tiene dudas, pregunte a alguien que esté formado. Es más probable que resuelva su duda ahí en lugar de que lo atienda alguien de la clínica.
La doctora de atención continua en las tardes, las secretarias: de la tarde del consultorio 24, de la mañana del consultorio 6 y un doctor en jefe durante los tres días seguidos que he venido, fueron atentos; buscan la manera de apoyar al paciente y que todo quede claro.
Sin embargo, en Salud en el Trabajo, el escritorio que está sobre un pasillo, la atención no es buena. Los tres días encontré gente quejándose y al personal que atiende gritando. Los requisitos no los ponen claros y atienden cruelmente. Ojalá supiéramos todos los requisitos para los trámites así como ellos y que no los molestemos y puedan platicar sin problema en los consultorios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nadie contesta los telefonos ni la operadora ni las extenciones de la direccion ni jefes de servicio te dan la extencion para informarte ante de que acudas a la clinica y nadie contesta y para que vallas a la clinica y te digan todavia no hay dicho servicio .
