★ ★ ★ ★ ★ peßimo servicio de las recepcionistas de afiliación y vigencia.primero están hablando horas en el celular especialmente hablo de una que está embarazada con mala actitud si se va a poner así por su estado pues mejor que se vaya a su casa a descansar.
 First they are talking hours on the cell phone especially I speak of one who is pregnant with a bad attitude if she is going to get this way because of her condition so it is better to go home to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que si atienden a los pacientes solo que tardan mucho tiempo (peor con la famosa unifila). Es molesto para pedir estudios tengas que ir hasta la 197 cuando hay muchas muchas personas enfermas a las que se les dificulta ir hasta allá y que las citas las den despues de muchos meses de espera. Falta mejorar la atención al paciente.
The truth is that if they take care of patients, it just takes a long time (worse with the famous unifila). It is annoying to ask for studies you have to go to 197 when there are many many sick people who find it difficult to go there and that appointments are given after many months of waiting. Patient care needs to be improved.

Maybe in medical care they are efficient but the administrative staff are very despotic people and even rude only one in five becomes friendly

Sometimes there are no non-attending doctors and the procedures are very time consuming and inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica bien, pero como en toda dependencia del IMSS siempre están más preocupados por sus trámites administrativos qué por la atención al derecho habiente, además siempre es un problema los cambios de turno, la atención es mala si llegas una hora antes del cambio.
Good clinic, but as in any IMSS dependency they are always more concerned about their administrative procedures than about attending to the right holder, and shift changes are always a problem, the care is bad if you arrive an hour before the change.
