★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal no veo correcto que estando en una tercera ola de contagio, un hospital permita la saturación, el no uso debido del cubrebocas así como solicitar a las personas una sana distancia, aunque esto debe ser conciencia de cada uno "EL DEBER SER"

Te dan citas desplazando tu mes, no hay medicamento, en general los trabajadores son pobres en atención, no hay estacionamiento para personas con impedimento o capacidades diferentes, se duda mucho del los servicios de laboratorio, rayos x, y dentista. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente nefasto, casi una hora o más esperando al jefe para obtener una firma,tampoco hay estacionamiento para personas que traen silla de ruedas o muletas,no cuentan con medicamentos,los baños están sucios hace falta más control en esos aspectos en esta clínica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue muy mala xq el día 10 de agosto me sentía muy mal me fui a formar para pruebas de covid desde las 9 de la mañana para qme vinieran atendiendo hasta las 5 de la tarde y me sale la doctora Jesica qno era apta para la prueba que llevaba una simple iritacion de garganta nada más me mandó paracetamol a otro día fui al doctor particular y la doctora me mandó hacer la prueba y salgo pocitivo pero ya llevaba de oxígeno 59 ya mi familia se mueve a conseguir un tanque de oxígeno y estuve en casa mi empresa metío mi permiso de covid y el seguro no lo quiso aceptar ahora qfui medices la doctora que me atendió que no me van apagar xq no me hice la prueba ai ya le expliqué qla doctora no me quiso hacer y medices qya no se puede ?

Uno de los medicamentos que me recetaron, el más importante NO lo tuvieron y eso ocurre de manera constante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de estar muy lleno, pues están atendiendo pacientes de otras clínicas por la situación del COVID, sigue siendo de las instalaciones más limpias y ordenadas que he visitado de está institución.
Tengo entendido que tienen reconocimientos por la calidad de sus instalaciones y su servicio.
De esto último, no tengo mucho que decir, pues es el IMSS, y con eso digo más que suficiente.
Cada vez que uno va, una sorpresa, y un coraje.
Más vale ir armado de paciencia.
Despite being very full, as they are treating patients from other clinics due to the COVID situation, it is still one of the cleanest and tidiest facilities that I have visited in this institution.
I understand that they are recognized for the quality of their facilities and their service.
I don't have much to say about the latter, as it is the IMSS, and with that I say more than enough.
Every time one goes, a surprise, and a courage.
It is better to go armed with patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí hoy viernes con la intensión de tramitar mi jubilación, llegué a formarme a las 6:30am porque el acceso a la UMF es a partir de las 7:40am y el personal empieza a atender a las 8:00am, después de todo esto la srita. que revisa documentos me informó que el trámite de pensiones es SOLO de lunes a jueves, que viernes no hay este servicio, ? aprovecho este espacio para felicitar al IMSS y sus Directivos porque cada vez nos complican más la vida a todos los Derechohabientes, ya que hacen lo que quieren y a la hora que quieren en todo tipo de trámites, citas y atención médica, y que decir de la escases de medicinas y médicos de 4ta que te atienden peor que dueños de una Empresa
