★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el día de hoy a la clínica 2 y la atención fue excelente desde el vigilante hasta el médico, te dan información oportuna para evitar que pierdas tu tiempo en filas innecesarias, es cierto que en el teléfono no contestan pero si llamas al número general del imss te dan una cita para el día siguiente. Muy buen personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya sea que agendes en línea, acudas a la unidad o llames por teléfono, será un milagro si te atienden en el horario correspondiente. Será un doble milagro si encuentras todo el medicamento que el Dr. Te recete. Ocurrirá un tercer milagro si la "asistente" te atiende con amabilidad. A las asistentes les gusta mucho cultivarse por medio del WhatsApp, se divierten y se comparten lo que están viendo; "trabajan en equipo".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones en pésimas condiciones,las enfermeras de recepción son muy despotas no puedes preguntar nada,por que te contestan de mala gana ya que les interrumpes el chisme,la doctora que me atiendio,no revisa y es muy cortante,las enfermeras de medicina familiar,son groseras y me toco ver que su chisme se basa en criticar al paciente si tiene o no alguna enfermedad,no respetan privacidad entre medico o enfermero paciente.Todo ello antes de las 9 am de la mañana y eso que entrada es a las 8 am.Solo atienden por atender.. y eso que salen alas 2 en punto de la tarde todo el personal matutino.s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoras de afiliación de los dos turnos, par de déspotas. Son groseras al explicar, ya me imagino como tratan a las personas que sufren de audición o son de la tercera edad.
La de la mañana llega tarde, dicen que el servicio empieza a las 8 y llega 8.30 y como lo mencioné, llega de malas y es muuuy grosera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las asistentes médicas son unas groseras. No saben contestar de buena manera. Se la pasan de criticonas para con los pacientes. Nunca tiene médicos en los diferentes consultorios y tienes que esperar más de tu hora citada en lo que ven que medico te hará el "favor" de atenderte. Deberían hacer rotación de personal, siempre están las mismas asistentes mal encaradas, ya se sienten dueñas del lugar. Y urge una remodelación, todo está pésimo.
Physician assistants are rude. They do not know how to answer in a good way. They spend it critically with the patients. He never has doctors in the different offices and you have to wait more than your scheduled time while they see which doctor will do you the "favor" of attending you. They should rotate staff, there are always the same bad-faced attendees, they already feel like they own the place. And a remodeling is urgent, everything is lousy.
