★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente tengo un familiar hospitalizado en el área COVID. Agradezco mucho el trabajo y dedicación de los doctores y enfermer@s que se encuentran trabajando día y noche en el hospital en general. Sin embargo tengo el problema de desinformación de mi familiar. Nos han dado en 2 ocasiones información terrible solo para "aclarar" que hubo un error después. Reporte diario es inconstante y demasiado variable (en ocasiones no hay informe), solo para "aclarar" después. ¿Hay alguien que en realidad nos pueda dar información creíble? Estamos con los nervios destrozados por la desinformación recibida. Aún así agradezco el esfuerzo de todos los trabajadores del hospital. Sé que no es fácil y no puedo siquiera imaginar por lo que pueden estar pasando.
 I currently have a family member hospitalized in the COVID area. I greatly appreciate the work and dedication of the doctors and nurses who are working day and night in the hospital in general. However, I have the problem of misinformation of my relative. We have been given terrible information twice just to "clarify" that there was an error later. Daily report is fickle and too variable (sometimes there is no report), only to "clarify" later. Is there anyone who can actually give us credible information? Our nerves are shattered by the misinformation received. Still, I appreciate the effort of all the hospital workers. I know it's not easy and I can't even imagine what they may be going through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si ponen un m###### número es para que contestes no estar en plática o estar en otro lugar tengo como dos horas marcando y no contestan lo malo esque tampoco hay un asistente virtual deperdido pero no sé los recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hai mucha gente el lugar necesita más limpieza ...las trabajadoras del hospital son muy engreídas no saben explicarte nada son demasiado impertinentes se creen con el derecho de regañanarte como si fueras un niño y para colmo tienen un vocabulario muy bulgar pésima experiencia...
There are always a lot of people, the place needs more cleaning ... the hospital workers are very cocky, they don't know how to explain anything to you, they are too impertinent, they believe they have the right to scold you as if you were a child and to top it all they have a very bad vocabulary from Bulgaria ... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alas embarazada no las quieren atender hasta que cumplan las 40 semanas ,nomás pierden el tiempo y no te dan informes de los pasientes hasta que se les da la gana .
Y que se diga de la seguridad,no te dejan entrar pero si les das algo te dan entrada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente en la visita que hice el día de ayer fue muy desagradable la actitud de la persona de seguridad de la entrada, tenía una actitud bastante pedante,pero... A diferencia de lo que muchos creerían las demás personas se portaron muy amables en mi visita, doctores, enfermeros y otro personal.
Si van a ir en estos días de pandemia no se les ocurra ir en falda, tirantes o shorts, y dejen las bolsas o mochilas de lo contrario no los dejarán ingresar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a hospital, they treat people. However the place is very unsanitary. They seem to do the minimum to make sure whatever regulations are in place are barely followed. Having 150+ people in the waiting room without proper air conditioning is a great way to spread sickness. They seem to be understaffed and/or incompetent. Seeing as there is little choice for Torreon, I imagine it's the only reason they are here.
