It is a very good hospital ... if you have the opportunity to attend there. I would not hesitate. It has professional people and equipment to help you.

The truth is me. I trust a lot in this hospital, my daughter was born here and it is the first one I would go to in an emergency until now the times that I have been there and I felt safe, even though the security personnel are very strict even to let you go to the bathroom.

I went to my first consultation and I did not like the attention , to begin with they did not respect the hour in which I was summoned , secondly the doctor who treated me was very despotic without professional ethics .

They had treated me well throughout my pregnancy and delivery, but today I had to go because they left me with a gauze pad inside my cervix, which after 2 weeks I realized that it was inside, it was already causing a fetid odor, it was on time and it still did not cause infection, I will be filing my complaint tomorrow for medical negligence on the part of the doctor who performed the procedure and who discharged me without seeing what I had inside.

All good with the doctors, nurses and attention. The cleanliness of the place is something that should be improved to be an excellent hospital ?

It is a hospital that definitely follows procedures, always overwhelmed but they are very structured and that allows them to handle the volume of patients they have. It has staff, in general they are all attentive (with one or another exception but that is everywhere) There are some Things to consider if you are a relative of a patient or you visit for a reason other than to use the services: it is a Covid hospital in such a way that the protocol is strict and I hope it continues like this, in the emergency room there are only reports twice a day, arrive on time at the times indicated and always bring time in case there is a need for any procedure, do not bring children, avoid many relatives from coming, in addition to the fact that there is risk there is NO where to be or areas to sit, at the time of the reports there are many people and the healthy distance is lost, do not forget your mask well placed and if possible do not crowd, always bring your documents (eg ID or validity of rights or whatever they tell you). When people come to the floor they also give reports at specific times but only once a day. Access is limited, please respect this for the health of patients, staff and your family. There is not much to park and it is a very busy area, if you need to eat nearby there are some restaurants or there are some shops near the pedestrian bridge with snacks and sandwiches, soft drinks and coffee.
