★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones bien, solo qué el personal está muy saturado de tanta gente que llega y llega. Les falta equipo para trabajar, ese día no tenían ni hojas para imprimir las recetas. Sean más apasionados en su trabajo y no traten mal a los pacientes.

UNFORTUNATELY THESE ARE OUR HEROES ? AND YOU GET TO ASK AND THEY IGNORE YOU, THEY ARE SO DESPOTE I WISH THEY HAD A LITTLE EDUCATION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cirugía fue programada. El único problema por asi decirlo fue con la de trabajo social y la de admisiones. Fuera de ahí. Enfermer@s, camilleros, anestesiolog@s, doctores, limpieza, los que llevan y traen el alimento, las que programan la dieta… no bueno. Quien sea. Todo trato con cada personal que tuve fue excelente. Amables, buena onda, tuve complicaciones y yo me sentía pésimo y estuvieron al tanto que no se me bajara la presión, preguntándome como iba el dolor, que si el cómodo que si a vomitar de nuevo.. valla. Me daba pena sentirme mal de tanta atención! Yo me sentía en hotel 6 estrellas
My surgery was scheduled. The only problem so to speak was with the social work and admissions. Get out of there. Nurses, stretcher bearers, anesthesiologists, doctors, cleaners, those who carry and bring food, those who program the diet... not good. Whoever. Every deal with every staff I had was excellent. Kind, good vibes, I had complications and I felt lousy and they were aware that my pressure did not go down, asking me how the pain was going, if it was comfortable, if I was going to vomit again... ok. I felt sorry for feeling bad from so much attention! I felt in a 6 star hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, ni una estrella se merece, pero sin ponerla no puedo comentar mi opinión. Mi hermana lleva años pidiendo se le opere, ya no puede caminar, no deja de sangrar, su matriz cada vez está peor, llena de miomas y quistes que crecen y crecen y está clínica solo le pone inyecciones para el dolor y la mandan en silla de ruedas de regreso a su casa. Es el colmo que haya tanta negligencia por parte del director o trabajo social o doctores de la clínica.
Haré mi reporte público y los responsables por las secuelas que le dejen a mi hermana por parte de su negligencia así como también los hago responsables de su vida.
La familia está dispuesta allegar hasta las últimas consecuencias.
El personal no es humanista, seguro que si fuera algún familiar le dan la mejor atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve mi parto en Septiembre de 2020, me trataron muy bien, la atención fue excelente; el equipo de enfermería, la ginecóloga, el pediatra, todo fue estupendo. Mi pequeña tuvo que quedarse 5 días por unos problemitas y fui testigo de la excelente atención que se le brinda a los bebés. La verdad tenía miedo por todo lo que se dice del IMSS, pero llegué con la mejor actitud y disposición, y recibí un trato digno y muy amable. Además la comida que me dieron en mi estadía estaba deliciosa, 100 de 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio por parte de las enfermeras y por parte de urgencias pues el servicio es muy malo no saben dar informes, no tienen la ética para tratar a las personas y pacientes y también el servicio en trabajo social es pésimo te tratan muy mal, 9jala y fueran más congruentes con los pacientes y sus familiares.
