★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización, se tardan mucho en atender, usan la negligencia a favor de no pagar más días de incapacidad porque aunque la OMSS dice que son dos semanas de incapacidad para el virus de COVID-19 sólo te dan 5 días, así van surgiendo las nuevas olas de contagios, por malos servicio como este.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi familiar entro con falla renal y la dejaron en una silla durante 3 días, después pasó 1 mes y la tuvieron en ayuno todo ese tiempo, cuando por fin la operaron para ponerle el catéter, estaba muy débil y solo le afecto más la cirugía, hasta el momento de su muerte, son incompetentes, no te hacen caso a tus peticiones ni dudas, nunca me dejaron trasladarla a la raza, se escondió el médico para no darme informes, el doctor GÁMEZ, es un inepto, inhumano y el demás personal igual de ineptos. Mataron a mi familiar por su ineptitud. No cumplen con su juramento de Hipócrates, no les importa nada los pacientes. Espero que alguna autoridad investigue tantas quejas y mala praxis.
Terrible service, my family member came in with kidney failure and they left her in a chair for 3 days, then 1 month passed and they kept her fasting all that time, when they finally operated on her to put in the catheter, she was very weak and it only affected her more surgery, until the moment of her death, they are incompetent, they do not listen to your requests or doubts, they never let me transfer her to the race, the doctor hid so as not to give me reports, doctor GÁMEZ, is inept, inhuman and the other staff just as inept. They killed my relative for his ineptitude. They don't keep their Hippocratic oath, they don't care about the patients. I hope that some authority investigates so many complaints and malpractice.

Hace unos 4 meses fui a urgencias por fiebre, urticaria y dolor de huesos, me tuvieron 8 horas en área Covid dando negativo a la prueba y no me atendieron. Tuve que ir a una clínica particular y resulté con Salmonela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,llevamos a un familiar que vino la Dr.Esmeralda a hacerle una valoración ella nos digo que lo lleváramos a Urgencias que ella nos ayudaría con más doctores,porque mi familiar estaba muy grave.
Estuvimos más de 5horas a qué lo atendieran,hasta que lo ingresaron no le daban medicamento,se revolcaba del dolor esperamos dos días para que lo metieran a la operación ya que los doctores nos dijeron que mi familiar solo tenía un día de vida,no les ponen atención no les dan ni comida ni agua,además de que ni siquiera te dejan estar en la sala de urgencias los tiene en la calle día y noche.
Esperamos que las Autoridades del Estado hagan algo por este caso

We spent more than 5 hours waiting for him to be treated, until he was admitted they did not give him medicine, he would wallow in pain, we waited two days for them to put him in for the operation since the doctors told us that my family member only had one day to live, they did not they pay attention they don't give them food or water, besides they don't even let you be in the emergency room they have them on the street day and night.
We hope that the State Authorities do something about this case
