If you think that they eat at this clinic for you, think that all the work is not only their responsibility.

Terrible service, you kindly ask them something and they answer you rudely as if you knew the hospital from head to toe, with a "oh well, I don't know where they sent you to", "oh I don't know, ask for information elsewhere", "oh miss, you don't see that I'm talking to you here, I'll take care of you" if you don't like to attend, then you better not work where you don't like, if they're just going to talk and ignore people, why do they go.

The service is friendly, as long as one also addresses one with kindness (in general, of course I had a haughty but not rude doctor) the friendly guards, excellent care in social work, all good nursing. However, I have a point that should be taken into account by those who work here on a daily basis. I am referring specifically to the emergency department. There are about 50 people in the emergency area waiting for news of their patient, they are outside where the ambulance passes, they literally have to move for the vehicles to pass, people are very uncomfortable and we are talking about that there are people who take here A loooong time, I have about 8 hours, I am young and I do not have health or mobility problems, but I am not the only one who is waiting, there are people with crutches, older people, children, there is a group of young people drinking alcohol and the waiting for emergencies EMPTY! They do not allow anyone to sit down, there are sleepless and tired here I am sure and I count myself among them, however I emphasize that I can bear the cold and the rain but there are people who cannot. I wish they could make use of their waiting room since there is room if not all the people who are outside, I am sure that 1 family member per patient if there is room and more. Please REOPEN the emergency waiting room, I no longer need it because I am on my way out, but out of humanity ... Think of the people outside, I took an isolated photo so that you can see that people are sitting on the floor having seats in good condition and completely empty inside (I can't take one of those because they won't let me pass)

I hope that one day they will remove these hospitals from the imss where all these doctors who never do anything and just like to enjoy our money that they take from us every fortnight of payroll that they forget that they swallow they think that the almo pays them not even mothers is money of the people who work and for them to say that there are no medications and no appointments and only for them to give you bad results ..
