★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en las salas con los niños es muy buena, las maestras tratan muy bien a los chiquitos y se preocupan mucho porque no se peleen entre ellos... La atención de enfermería debe mejorar porque el turno de la mañana falta mucho y las técnicos parecen no comunicarse entre ellas, pero esas son cosas mas de administración y manejo de la guardería, la parte mas importante es que los niños son felices y los tratan bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésima administración, pésima actitud. La enfermera nunca está regresan al bebé las técnicos y sin una valoración por parte de la enfermera. La ropa se pierde. Mi bebé siempre lloraba cada que la dejaba. Cambió su comportamiento luego de ingresar en esa guardería. Y mi niña ha sido una bebé de guarderías, pero en está la atención es idéntica o peor al sector salud. Deberían contratar a gente comprometida y capacitada y no a personas nefastas y cero que se demuestre su educación o preparación, no inspiran confianza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la mejor atención que encontré para mi niño grande (comparando con dos CENDI SEP), así que mi niña también fue a esta guardería. Hay detalles malos, no voy a decir que sea perfecta, incluso a veces nos quejamos del servicio recibido, a lo cual le dieron seguimiento. También es admirable el trabajo que hacen educadoras y maestras de sala para que los niños se comporten y respeten a sus compañeros, y no sean tan agresivos como ocurre en otros lados. Para 1° de Preescolar la guardería no está inscrita a la SEP, pero pueden pedir una copia de las evaluaciones que hacen a los niños a lo largo de su estancia en cada sala y hasta me parece que aporta más información. Es un lugar muy recomendable para nuestros hijos.

Durante este tiempo que mi pequeño ha estado ahí, puedo decir si prendas extraviadas y lamentablemente madres que cuando saben que algo no es de tu pequeño no lo regresan, golpes y los rasgullos y peleas entre los pequeños, también al grado de reportarlo formalmente.
Lo que siempre encontré es la apertura de aclaración y seguimiento de los temas por parte de la Dirección. Mi hijo esta a unos meses de ingresar al Kinder y menciona no querer dejar su Guardería BONITA, si eso te lo dice tu pequeño, CONFÍA, como padres debemos estar atentos y si exigir un buen servicio estoy de acuerdo, pero también es NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD el darle seguimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo difícil de al menos está guardería es que los padres nos disciplinemos y entendamos que hay un reglamento que seguir, no es perfecto el servicio pero es muy bueno y la formación que reciben los niños desde bebés es excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hijo descuido por parte de las cuidadoras con mi hijo y le machucaron los deditos en la puerta del baño, lo llevaron a la clínica 30 a urgencias porque lloraba mucho, siempre me regresaban la pañalera incompleta, le faltaban calcetas, baberos etc y un niño mordía a mi hijo hasta lo dejaba marcado y la directora nunca hizo nada.
