★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetentes. Fui a realizarme una prueba de COVID, me dijeron que en una semana estaba lista y cuando pregunto por ella (una semana después) resulta que nunca mandaron mi prueba a epidemiología por qué perdieron los cuestionarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como la mayoría de las personas, ya he estado ahí más veces de las quiero admitir, incluso ya he estado internado ahí (pero.no de COVID, tocó madera), te tratan bien pero todos los hospitales del imss cojean de la misma pierna: no tienen personal suficiente. Espero que esta administración pueda resolver ese problema.
Like most people, I have already been there more times than I want to admit, I have even been hospitalized there (but not for COVID, knock on wood), they treat you well but all imss hospitals limp on the same leg: They don't have enough staff. I hope this administration can solve that problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que brindan algunos doctores y enfermeras reconozco que es mejor que en hospitales privados, solo que no siempre se tiene la suerte de encontrar a los adecuados, muchas veces los procedimientos son lentos, lo cual recomiendo si tardan en los estudios es mejor pedir un alta voluntaria transitoria donde puedes llevar a tu familiar a un laboratorio privado, los costos van por tu cuenta, pero te reservan el lugar.
I recognize that the service provided by some doctors and nurses is better than in private hospitals, it's just that you're not always lucky enough to find the right ones, many times the procedures are slow, which I recommend if studies take a long time, it's better to ask for a temporary voluntary discharge where you can take your relative to a private laboratory, the costs are on your own, but they reserve the place for you.
