★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el teléfono, lo descuelgan o simplemente te cuelgan llevo una hora llamando y nada. Algo tan sencillo como levantar el teléfono y atender una llamada se les es tan complicado.

Sí , tal vez sea lento (tal vez muy lento) el servicio de urgencia , pero hay que tener bien en cuenta que primero dan prioridad a las personas graves , por eso es servicio de Urgencias , porque atienden Urgencia y Emergencia , hay personas qué llegan por tos de tres días , y siendo honestos ese tipo de casos los trata el médico familiar , hay que evitarnos el comentario por parte del profesional de salud.
Cuando vas al servicio de urgencias tienes que presentarte con tu cartilla y pedirle unas hojas al guardia y dejarlas afuera en la ventanilla , posteriormente los van tomando.
Sí no tienes tú cartilla una identificación o donde esté tú N.S.S.
Posteriormente te habla el personal de Triage.
Para pedir información sobre algún familiar te acercas con la asistente médica que está en ventanilla (la que entrega las tarjetas) para que te dé información , hay que tomar en cuenta que los pacientes están irritables , por lo tanto el personal se pone a la defensa cuando les hablas de manera inadecuada porque no se la pasan sentados ni nada por estilo , si eres cordial y sabes pedir las cosas el mismo profesional se porta bien contigo :) .
