★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal médico es amable y dan su mejor esfuerzo aún con las carencias con las que a veces se enfrentan; todo lo contrario del administrativo, personal ineficiente y desorganizado que en ocasiones suele ser incluso grosero y prepotente.
Todo el tiempo te traen dando vueltas por que ellos mismos olvidan detalles y documentos que debes presentar, nunca contestan los teléfonos que te proporcionan para información y de todos modos tienes que ir directamente al hospital para enterarte que aún no llega el medicamento o se han cancelado las citas, lo cual puede repetirse por varios días.
 The medical staff are friendly and do their best even with the shortcomings they sometimes face; quite the opposite of the administrative, inefficient and disorganized staff that sometimes is even rude and arrogant.
All the time they bring you around because they themselves forget details and documents that you must present, they never answer the phones that provide you with information and anyway you have to go directly to the hospital to find out that the medication has not yet arrived or they have been canceled appointments, which can be repeated for several days.

I went for an ingrown nail and they amputated my foot. Terrible service. Very disgusting facilities. In short, they didn't even offer me water.

Vas a hacer una cita o hacerte un estudio y te ven de mala gana, te atienden hasta que quieren, y si tienes suerte, te tan cita en dos meses... aparte de que muchos llegan hasta media hora después de su hora de entrada y lo primero que se ponen a hacer es hablar con su compañero de a lado, y no de cosas del trabajo, sino personales...

You go to make an appointment or do a study and they see you reluctantly, they attend you as long as they want, and if you're lucky, they make an appointment for you in two months... apart from the fact that many arrive up to half an hour after their entry time and the first thing they start to do is talk to their partner next door, and not about work things, but personal...
