I have called for 2 days to obtain information on my patient who came in due to stomach pain problems and it turned out that they said that he has covid, they never showed us the results and also they give us a triptych where it says that we can make video calls with the patient to be aware, which is a lie, they don't even bother to answer the phone to know the state the patient is in, basically my patient is kidnapped . There is not the slightest sign of empathy, much less prodesionalism.

There are many areas of concern, especially since there are so many staff who do not do their jobs and take too long to admit patients. Security seems good to me, however, they treat us like inmates, there is a lady on duty who wants to take my family member's belongings out to the street but I come alone and it is the clothes that I took off to intern him, not and entered nothing else. I know that their orders come from above and that there are people who abuse but not all of us are like that. It is outrageous how they are not taught to respect and since they speak to us, we have to give them chairs in education and if that wasn't enough, I went to Ventanilla, they ignored me and the 4 ladies who were there and didn't even fool me, they continued in their affairs. In my work they have taught me that the client comes first and here it should be the same since thanks to the work of many they also have a job.

I had an accident a month ago, they referred me to this imss to assess me and perform surgery, but the only thing they told me was that I had to return to my UMF to have some studies done, and they rescheduled me for another month. Very little touch. I had to perform the surgery that was urgent and I resolved it in 2 days. Very bad for the IMSS
