deficiente y deplorable. no puede ser que al ser un hospital de tremendas dimensiones el servicio sea pésimo. un lugar muy sucio. si en lugar de estrellas tuviera taches le daría todos.

Es un hospital que da un servicio pésimo muy mal la atención de hecho no atienden a los pacientes los mantienen en las bancas en espera toda la noche posd. Si tienen otros recursos mejor buscar opciones muy mala experiencia y da tristeza como atienden a los enfermos ,enfermeras con falta d capacitación y ni medicamentos dan solo la receta,solo le hacen a la magia para atinarle a lo que el enfermo tiene

He asistido 2 veces a urgencias, es un poco tardado el proceso, pero la atención médica ha sido buena en urgencias, pero lo. Malo es que nadie sabe nada, nadie te informa mi familiar paso 3 dias en. Piso sin que nos explicaran nada. Lo bueno es q no hay tanta gente como en otros hospitales

Pésimo trato de parte del personal que labora en este hospital, las enfermeras se la pasan en su celular en el área de ginecólogia, en vez de atender a las pacientes, les pides algo y hasta se molestan, no tienen sistema para las citas, te dicen "saque copia anote su numero y nosotros le llamamos cuando halla sistema y le agendemos la cinta con el especialista", en el área de urgencias en obstetricia la que está en recepción en la madrugada se tiende su colchoneta y se hecha a dormir, le tienes que tocar la puerta para que se ponga a trabajar, porque los pases para el área de "piso" están desde hace una hora pero la señorita estaba dormida. En resumen, pésima atención y pésimo trato, en cuanto a la atención médica, me quedé con muchas dudas que nunca fueron aclaradas por el personal que labora ahí preferí acudir a un particular y pedir una segunda opinión ya que en urgencias te dicen una cosa y en ginecólogia otra.

In summary, terrible attention and terrible treatment, in terms of medical attention, I was left with many doubts that were never clarified by the staff that works there, I preferred to go to a private individual and ask for a second opinion since in the emergency room they tell you one thing and in gynecology another.

Enfermeras y personal administrativo nefasto. Debo decir que al personal le falta demasiada empatía y comprensión cuándo llegas junto con tu familiar. Entre menos trabajo les des para ellos mejor. Sin mencionar que luego se la pasan durmiendo en farmacia.

Cualquier consulta se convierte en una serie de trámites que solamente se echan la bolita de una oficina a otra. El hospital está deteriorado, sucio, faltan insumos, material, medicamentos reactivos y ganas de trabajar, la mayoría del personal solamente va a checar asistencia pero no realizan ningún trabajo durante su turno.

Me mandaron del hospital 197 al 200 por una resonancia magnética, antes de ir llame y me dijeron que las citas eran hasta las 15:00 hrs. Llegar ahí es muy pesado por todas las obras, llegue a las 14:05 y no quisieron atenderme que era hasta las 14:00 y aún que ahí tienen un aviso que dice la hora la señora que estaba en ventanilla no quiso atender que por que ella no hace citas y era hasta las 2:00 y ya no había nadie más y aparte se porto muy prepotente

Protocolo sanitario bajo. Tardan demasiado para atender, el Triage que manejan esta muy alejado de la realidad. Si quieres ser atendido debes de esperar el tiempo que sea necesario (Hasta el momento llevo 5 horas esperando la atención). En verdad debe mejorar y no solo este hospital sino también las clínicas del IMSS, ya que antes de venir al Hospital, fui a mi consultorio (clínica 55) y no fui atendido por no tener cita, ni en Unifila alcance atención.
Low health protocol. They take too long to attend, the Triage they handle is far from reality. If you want to be attended to, you must wait as long as necessary (so far I have been waiting for attention for 5 hours). It really needs to improve and not only this hospital but also the IMSS clinics, because before coming to the Hospital, I went to my office (clinic 55) and I was not seen because I did not have an appointment, nor did I get care at Unifila.
