My mother had been hospitalized in the emergency room for around 6 days, in those days she did not present symptoms due to Covid, such is the case that they told us that they had to do a study, but that the room and the equipment to do them were not working. , even so we did not lose hope, on the 7th that mom was there, at night they personally told me that my mom was scheduled for the study, well, you can imagine how happy one is to hear that, I saw my mom smile , two nights before I was with her, fed her and accompanied her during visiting hours with my maternal grandmother, on Wednesday, March 16, 2021, being the 8th in the morning during breakfast time, they had told me that they would not give her no food, not even water, since in a few minutes they were going to take her upstairs to carry out the study, that morning I said goodbye to her telling her that we would see each other on Thursday morning, she smiled and told me to go carefully I came home to take my classes. and very tired and sleepless, but happy, I kept hoping that she would be fine, grateful to a nurse who was very kind on the nights I had to be there and let me see my mom for a while, other times she was quite rude. Well, in the afternoon they call me, and they say that they moved her upstairs because she suffered from Covid and I was in shock!! How is it possible? They did not mention that even at night, mom had no symptoms, the news was very horrible for me, but she was already on the Covid floor, occupying one more bed. And with that, she could no longer have visitors, since they would not let us see her. Being Wednesday March 16, asking for one more opportunity to see her again. They asked for a number to call us in any situation, I called at times to find out about her, but the staff who answer calls are very despotic, rude and they answer you horrible. Anyway, at 10 at night they call an aunt and in a simple way they say that my mother had a cardiorespiratory arrest, and that one more could not stand it. But like this, without scruples, I say I don't expect more, but at least they should know how to give bad news humanely. At twelve o'clock my cell phone rings to call that number because a certain patient on the X floor has information. She contacted me immediately and the person from social service (in desperation I didn't pay attention to that charge) told me, well, she has to move to the hospital because your patient has just passed away and I need your information. Without more information I did not know more and why he died. I only went, collected data for the death certificate and saw, together with my sister, lower the wrapped body of my mother. I didn't come back on Thursday, I didn't see her anymore. But yes, perhaps there is not enough equipment, nor are the facilities more comfortable, but at least the staff should be more empathetic with the pain that is experienced there.

There is a lot of staff but very little attention and the service is not good, they are not human at all, there are people who arrive very injured without being able to walk and they are not able to offer a wheelchair, or people who are bled to death and have them waiting without attention, improvement is needed the most humane attention and treatment because they are very despotic.
