★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a urgencias a la clínica 12 de Cholula, llegué a las 13:15 hrs, no había ningún otro paciente, sólo se escuchaba al personal riendo se les veía comiendo paletas etc, a pesar de ser paciente de la tercera edad no me atendian exponiéndome algún contagio. A las 14:30 hrs, pregunté que si me pensaban atender o si era necesario ir a otro espacio, me contestaron que me pasarían y logré que me atendieran a las 14:45.
El servicio de urgencias es pésimo, si no hay pacientes deben atender inmediatamente a los que llegamos para evitar exponernos a contagios.
I went to the emergency room at clinic 12 in Cholula, I arrived at 1:15 p.m., there was no other patient, only the staff could be heard laughing, they were seen eating lollipops, etc., despite being an elderly patient, they did not treat me exposing me some contagion. At 2:30 p.m., I asked if they planned to attend me or if it was necessary to go to another space, they answered that they would pass me and I managed to be attended to at 2:45 p.m.
The emergency service is terrible, if there are no patients they must attend immediately to those who arrive to avoid exposing us to contagions.
