★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre niegan el servicio, solo quería tramitar la cartilla y primero me dijeron que en esa unidad no me tocaba; les mostré que en la app se puede cambiar a la clínica que uno deseé; casualmente me da los requisitos para tramitar mi cartilla y a posterior le entrego mis documentos y me dice que no son válidos. Son expertos pero en negar servicios.
 They always deny the service, I just wanted to process the card and first they told me that in that unit it was not my turn; I showed them that in the app you can change to the clinic you want; coincidentally he gives me the requirements to process my card and later I give him my documents and he tells me that they are not valid. They are experts but in denying services.
