★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le la nota en el diario de Yucatan que le negaron el dia 15 de marzo del 2017, la atención a una mujer con insuficiencia renal y presión alta, porque no tenia su carnet y no era derechohabiente. El jefe de urgencias y las encargadas de recepción merecen una demanda por esto. La Ley General de Salud estipula que toda urgencia debe ser tratada, seas o no derechohabiente. Esos "pseudo-medicos" no deberian estar a cargo del area de urgencias, cero conciencia social, flojos holgazanes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haré mención en el trato de la secretaria o asistente del director, cero tratable y cortante en la manera de atender y orientar a las personas para los trámites, el director ni que decir, no acepta ni le da la atención solicitada a los derechohabientes, lo único por lo que califico con 3 estrellas es porque la trabajadora social de operaciones y la licenciada de atención y orientación son tratables, amables y dedicada a su profesión.
