★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una clínica con gestión sumamente deficiente. Personal mediocre, nada profesionales. Puedes tardar de 8 a 10 horas para una gestión muy sencilla. Algunos trabajadores son atentos pero en general el hospital queda mucho a deber a los impuestos de la ciudadanía.

Veo que para otros tramites deben ir temprano (antes de las11 o 12) porque después ya no quieren recibir papeles.
En la ventanilla de pensiones hay una trabajadora muy regañona, que mal que no tenga paciencia con las personas mayores que van a hacer sus tramites, vaya que necesitan un poco de apoyo y sentí feo cuando gritoneaba a un señor porque no sabia como validar sus actas.
Por si acaso, les dejo algunas fotos sobre lo que piden para algunos tramites, espero les sirvan si van a hacer algún tramite.
La validación de actas es por internet, y depende del lugar de expedición. Las de la CDMX son las mas fáciles de validar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte del personal considerando que tienen un mundo de gente y algunos déspotas la verdad son muy atentos.
Les recomiendo traten de hacer trámites por internet y se ahorran muchísimo tiempo desde alta, citas, alta de familiares, etc.
Y tengan en mente que mínimo estarán medio día para ser atendido
