Contestan de mala gana y suspiran pesado si haces una pregunta, creo que deberían cambiar eso, si tienen un número de teléfono es para atención a clientes, nisiquiera hice una pregunta difícil, solo pregunte lo necesario para darse de alta y ya estaba diciendo "valgame dios".
No puedo ir preguntar, si esta a hora y media de mi casa, solo para tener que regresar a mi casa y volver, creo que no le tomaba ni un minuto darme una lista de los requerimientos.
Entiendo que puede ser estresante, pero si yo trabajo atendiendo a clientes por teléfono todo el día, todo el día contesto de buena manera o me corren.
Debería de ser lo mismo para estas personas.

I understand that it can be stressful, but if I work serving clients on the phone all day, I answer in a good way all day or I get fired.
It should be the same for these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomás no le doy 5 estrellas por la falta de cordinación de los guardias de seguridad. Solo es question de observarlos y cada uno sale de su puesto y puede pasar uno y otro al cuarto. Ya hasta que se acuerda que es su trabajo la seguridad del hospital es cuando van hacer ronda a los cuartos. Pero el servicio médico parecen veterinarios en lugar de enfermeros, si están concientes de que por nosotros tienen sueldo (bajos ) pero trabajo no les falta. Lo del sueldo es otro dilema para otra ocasión
