★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentira que te atienden rápido y son rápidos los trámites llevamos mucho tiempo con un trámite y no hay respuesta y te tratan con la punta del pie nadamás que en el internet te dan números de teléfono que nunca contestan ahí fuera ah habido gente de la tercera edad que se desmaya y son tan inhumanos que no les interesa quisiera saber que hacer porque no es válido que después de tantos años de trabajo de una persona, y habiendo logrado los beneficios para su familiar, se los nieguen.

El jefe sin cubrebocas indicándonos que él tenía mucho trabajo y no había personal. Para atenderme tardaron 3hrs. Muy mal servicio. Incoherente con los letreros de de entorno saludable, mucho personal SIN cubrebocas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de las 4 ventanillas designadas al mismo trámite solo dos estaban dando servicio, pero cuando llego su hora de salida exactamente a las 3:30 en punto, cerraron las ventanillas mientras en horas de servicio sólo se hacen tontos, no tienen nada de respeto ni consideración por las personas que llevan horas esperando para ser atendidos. Ojalá echaran a toda esa gente y contrataran a personas que de verdad tenga ganas de trabajar no como esa bola de flojos y están ahí.
Terrible service, of the 4 windows designated for the same procedure, only two were providing service, but when their departure time arrived exactly at 3:30 o'clock, they closed the windows while during hours of service they just play dumb, they have nothing to do respect or consideration for the people who have been waiting for hours to be served. I wish they would fire all those people and hire people who really want to work, not like that bunch of lazy people and they are there.
