j	jajaboom games on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima organizacion para atender a las personas, pesima la actitud de los empleados, muchos empleados sin hacer nada y platicando durante mucho tiempo, es desagradable tener que perder todo un dia en esperas y filas. Poor organization to serve people, poor attitude of employees, many employees doing nothing and talking for a long time, it is unpleasant to have to waste a whole day in queues and lines.

Tuve que hacer una laega fila para otros tramites, pero lo entiendo, enbancos, supers y otros servicios tambien lo hacemos y con la contingencia es lo mejor que podemos hacer para guardar distancia. Agradezco la atencion de gran calidad que recibi. La verdad me sorprendieron. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received on the 3rd and 4th floors. I had to make a long line for other procedures, but I understand it, in banks, supers and other services we also do it and with contingency it is the best we can do to keep our distance. I appreciate the high quality care I received. The truth surprised me.

R	Ritch Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy malo en 4 categorías: El guardia de la entrada responde de manera prepotente y arrogante cuando se le pide guía. Filas de espera de más de una hora en el sol sólo para entrar al edificio. (Falta de personal?) Basura en las instalaciones. Estacionamiento muy limitado. Espero mejoren pronto su atención y eficiencia, se pierden hasta 4 horas del día sólo para imprimir una página. Very bad service in 4 categories: The gate guard responds in a pushy and arrogant way when asked for guidance. Waiting lines of more than an hour in the sun just to get into the building. (Lack of staff?) Garbage on the premises. Very limited parking. I hope they improve their attention and efficiency soon, they lose up to 4 hours a day just to print a page.

Cómo si te estuvieran haciendo un favor... Si no les gusta su trabajo q mejor se vallan y dejen a quien si quiera trabajar y tratar bien a las personas... I haven't even gone, but I dial the phone and they never answer and if so, I don't want to imagine the type of service they will give you... As if they were doing you a favor... If you don't like your job, you better leave and let someone who even wants to work and treat people well...

A eso súmale que si ya tienes cita igual debes hacer fila e igual en la fila nadie te dice que debes tener cita , y las citas para después de un mes A complete disgust the attention they provide and their zero service attitude.
