★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo el proceso, para una corrección de datos te hacen llegar desde las 6am para entregar una ficha, solo dan 20 por día. Te empiezan a atender hasta las 8am y para ese trámite te dicen que tardan de 40-60 minutos.
Si de casualidad preguntas al de vigilancia porque es tan tardado, te contesta mal y te dice que no es culpa de ellos que tengas que estar ahí.
Muy escasas personas son amables. La señora de la ventanilla 11 muy malos modos, de entrada te habla de tu y pide los documentos de mala forma, pide fotografías para seguir con el trámite y después cuando regresas te dice que no las necesita porque la modalidad del trámite no las requiere. Malísima la atención.

If by chance you ask the security guard why it is so time consuming, he answers you wrong and tells you that it is not their fault that you have to be there.
Very few people are friendly. Terrible attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el mes de Octubre sin poder realizar una alta patronal en linea; y con malas experiencias anteriores; ni dan ganas de ir hacerla presencial.
Como dicen otros comentarios, pueden modernizar todo lo quieran los sistemas; pero si el personal sigue siendo el mismo. . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ increíble que el personal sea tan lento 4 horas para un alta patronal, pensé que eso pasaba hace 20 años,, sigue siendo lo mismo. Aun con tecnología.la mentalidad de las personas es horrorosa.
Incredible that the staff is so slow 4 hours for a high employer, I thought that happened 20 years ago, it is still the same. Even with technology, people's mentality is hideous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el.servicio demasiada perdida de tiempo y no dan informes completos te hacen regresar por algún documento por lo.mismo qué no dan la información completa y correcta la actitud negativa y mal encarada de la gente que te atiende ahí.. cuando deberian atender con amabilidad qué por eso son servidores públicos .

Porqué no me dicen desde un principio en cuántos meses lo tendrán y no decirme que regrese a los 8, 15 ò 20 días

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser oficina de gobierno me quedé totalmente sorprendido con la amabilidad, rapidez, es la primera vez que doy lo mas alto a una oficina gubernamental.
También cabe destacar el servicio que ofrecen en el área de impresiones, internet ( sótano) también es excelente el servicio y la amabilidad.
