★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, instalaciones muy amplias, la atención del personal es buena, buena organización para atender a los contribuyentes por tramite, lo malo es que los ambulantes se adueñan de los los lugares de estacionamiento, y por lo mismo para agarrar un buen lugar para estacionar se tiene que llegar temprano, si no a buscar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me apena hablar así de un lugar porque representa una institución pero tuve que ir a hacer un trámite y la atención fue casi inexistente.
Las personas en las ventanillas no atienden, no utilizan los turnos, perdí mediodía en esta oficina y solo me atendieron 10 minutos. Lo peor de esto es que no había más de 10 personas esperando ser atendidas en toda la oficina.
El trámite que hice podría hacerse por internet si hubiera una aplicación. Que piensa me da que el IMSS este en manos de personal que no trabaja??
It saddens me to talk about a place like that because it represents an institution but I had to go to do a procedure and the attention was almost non-existent.
The people at the windows do not answer, they do not use their shifts, I lost noon in this office and they only attended me for 10 minutes. The worst thing about this is that there were no more than 10 people waiting to be served in the entire office.
The procedure that I did could be done online if there was an application. What do you think it gives me that the IMSS is in the hands of non-working personnel??
