★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor clínica a la que eh acudido para una urgencia , el trato de la Dra que se encuentra en el servício de atención continua es pésimo nunca se presentó , sacaron al acompañante de un paciente con reacción anafilactica que apenas podía hablar, nunca le realizaron una exploración física , el enfermero todo el tiempo hablando por teléfono celular y por querer sacar a el paciente antes de su hora de salida aplica un medicamento de manera incorrecta (el paciente se sintió peor que cuando llego ) causando iatrogenias por querer irse antes !?
Después de nunca proporcionar información del paciente al acompañante lo dan de alta sin nota médica que mencionara los medicamentos empleados y dosis .Únicamente Unas palabras del hasta el momento desatento servicio 1 tableta cada 12 horas y si se siente mal vaya a otra clínica .?!
Quise dejar una queja escrita pero no tenían ningún tipo de buzón, acudí a jefatura y sin embargo el directo al parecer nunca tuvo tiempo para mi ya que me dejo esperando más de 30 mn por estar corrigiendo a pasantes sobre la manera correcta de hacer notas médicas y sin embargo sus médicos de base no pueden hacer una simple nota de alta .
Espero que mi comentario tenga repercusión en el trato que el servicio brinda a las personas.Creo que como prestadores de servicios de salud no se deben descuidar aspectos tan importantes.
The worst clinic I have ever attended for an emergency, the treatment of the Dr. who is in the continuous care service is terrible, she never showed up, they took the companion of a patient with an anaphylactic reaction who could barely speak, they never performed a physical examination, the nurse all the time talking on the cell phone and for wanting to get the patient out before his departure time, he applied a medicine incorrectly (the patient felt worse than when he arrived) causing iatrogenesis for wanting to leave earlier!
After never providing patient information to the companion, they are discharged without a medical note that mentions the medications used and the dose. Only a few words from the until now inattentive service 1 tablet every 12 hours and if you feel bad go to another clinic.?!
I wanted to leave a written complaint but they did not have any type of mailbox, I went to headquarters and yet the direct apparently never had time for me since he left me waiting more than 30 minutes to correct interns on the correct way to make medical notes and yet his base doctors cannot make a simple discharge note.
I hope that my comment will have an impact on the treatment that the service provides to people. I believe that as health service providers such important aspects should not be neglected.

De entrada dejaron de la nada el consultorio 2 horas solo,cuandotoca mi turno la enfermera dice que no le va a aplicar la vacuna a mi hijo porque la foto no está actualizada y t"tiene derecho a negarme el servicio", despues se negaron a aplicarle el esquema completo porque no aparecían vigentes en el sistema y solo le aplicaron 1vacuna de las 4 por las que ibamos. se porto muy grosera la enfermera. que lástima de sitio
