O	Oskar A.R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , la prueba del tamiz que le hicieron a mi hijo ya va para casi un año y no me dan respuesta , el personal carece de profesionalismo , no están preparados ni siquiera para atender vía telefónica al cuentahabiente , el trato es malísimo , refiriéndome al personal de oficina y la que da la citas parece que te hace un favor . Voy a reportarlos hasta el nivel que tenga que poner orden en esta clínica y al personal que no me ha atendido , porque es un atropello el que no te den la información que solicitas vía telefónica , y que tengas que trasladarte constantemente a la misma y con una respuesta negativa . Después de un año me llaman para decirme que perdieron la prueba , la directora en persona se comunica conmigo y me dice esto porque metí una queja a nivel delegación en el IMSS. si no lo hubiera hecho seguiría esperando los resultados , les recomiendo hacer lo mismo si reciben un mal servicio o trato inadecuado , en la pagina del IMSS pueden hacerlo ,les lleva menos de 10 minutos. Hagamos que estas personas se pongan ahora si a trabajar.
