★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. El señor Toño que está en la parte de atrás llega a las 10 am y todavía se pone a desayunar en la oficina, después de una hora que termina llama a las personas que desde muy temprano esta esperando afuera. Aparte que se va a la 1. Pinche gente contratan floja y pedante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal que trabaja aquí son unos despotas, también mienten mucho que los doctores aún no llegan y ya están hasta platicando en vez de hacer bien su trabajo y atender pronto a la gente , hay personas que llegan muy enfermas casi y de emergencia y aún asi los hacen esperar , que no saben que una emergencia se tiene que atender al momento, en verdad son unos incompetentes , ojalá que asi como ellos tratan a estas personas un día los traten peor para que vivan en carne propia todo lo que tienen que pasar para que los atiendan y les den un medicamento ,los enfermeros también son egoístas y mal educados se supone que para eso estudian para brindar un servicio , sino mejor abandonen esos cargos sino van a hacer su trabajo , ya la gente está cansada de recibir malos tratos e injusticias de parte de este sector .
All the staff that work here are despotic, they also lie a lot that the doctors have not arrived yet and they are even talking instead of doing their job well and taking care of people soon, there are people who arrive very sick almost and in emergencies and still so they make them wait, they don't know that an emergency has to be dealt with at the moment, they are really incompetent, hopefully the way they treat these people one day they will treat them worse so that they live in their own flesh everything they have to go through In order for them to be cared for and given a medicine, the nurses are also selfish and ill-educated, they are supposed to study for that to provide a service, but rather abandon those positions if not they are going to do their job, and people are tired of receiving mistreatment and injustices on the part of this sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy pequeño para el volumen de pacientes que manejan, no estaria nada mal gestionar ampliar las instalaciones.
Personalmente, solo he acudido a traves de citas en linea y me atienden sin problemas. La unica persona que me ha atendido amablemente es el director y los oficiales de seguridad que hay, supongo que es nuevo (el año pasado estaba una doctora como directora), El tiene muy buena atención para recibir y dar respuesta.
Tienen escaces de medicamento, solo una ocasion me surtieron completa mi receta y solo fue naproxeno (como en todas las UMF- IMSS)
De alli en mas. No estaria mal proporcionar mas personal, esto con el fin de evitar que esten tensos, estresados por la carga de trabajo y logren dar un trato mas humanitario y empatico con los pacientes.
It is a very small place for the volume of patients they handle, it would not be bad to manage to expand the facilities.
Personally, I have only gone through online appointments and they attend me without problems. The only person who has treated me kindly is the director and the security officers there, I guess he is new (last year there was a doctor as director), he has very good attention to receive and respond.
They have a shortage of medication, only once did they fill my prescription completely and it was only naproxen (as in all UMF-IMSS)
From there on. It would not be bad to provide more staff, this in order to prevent them from being tense, stressed by the workload and to achieve a more humane and empathetic treatment with patients.
