Te dan cita para consulta y no respetan tu horario..a me citaron a las 9:30 y pase a las 11:00 am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui a que me atendieran por un esguince de tobillo. El trato por parte de todo el personal fue increíble. La orientadora súper amable, agilizó todo para que no tuviera que hacer tanta fila, y fue muy comprensiva a pesar de que no llevaba mi INE, ni mi cartilla, permitió que me la fueran a traer sin negarme el servicio y me volvió a imprimir mi hojita para que no tuviera que hacer otra fila, me ofreció una silla de ruedas y el vigilante amablemente me llevó al tercer piso y también estuvo al pendiente y al final también me llevó hasta la puerta del auto. El Dr. súper amable, muy claro en sus instrucciones y muy atento a las preguntas que le hacíamos. El radiólogo con un súper buen humor, haciendo bromas, al igual que otras asistentes, y el enfermero igual muy amable, de verdad nunca había tenido la necesidad de ir al seguro y no esperaba nada bueno, por la fama y referencias que me han dado pero me llevé una muy agradable sorpresa. Profundamente agradecida!
Yesterday I went to attendent with a sprained ankle. The treatment from the staff was amazing. The guiding super friendly, streamlined everything to not have to do so much row, and was very understanding even though they did not have my INE, nor my card, let me were to bring not deny me the service and I reprinted my sheetlet to not have to do another row, he offered me a wheelchair and the guard kindly took me to the third floor and was also the slope and the final also took me to the door of the car. Dr. super friendly, very clear in their instructions and very attentive to the questions we asked him. The radiologist with a super good mood, joking, and the like other assistants, and nurse just very kind, really never had the need to go to the safe and did not expect anything good, fame and references that have given me but I got a very pleasant surprise. Deeply grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pesimo no por los doctores ni los medicamentos o infraestructura sino por su atención. Aquí el paciente puede hacer lo que se le pega la gana, meterse a los consultorios, meterse en las filas y el personal de la clínica pues le dice a uno que debe de no dejarse...
It is very bad not because of the doctors or the drugs or infrastructure but because of their care. Here the patient can do whatever he wants, go to the doctor's offices, get into the ranks and the clinic staff tells you that you should not let yourself go ...
