En que parte del mundo esto suena lógico? Como es la segunda vez que le da covid ya no puede tramitar por internet, en dónde queda su lógica para solucionar las cosas. Si se presenta, además de que pone en riesgo su vida, pone en riesgo la vida de los demás. Quiénes son los ignorantes qué toman éstas desiciones? Y qué se puede hacer?
