Como es posible que para sacar un acta de laboratorio sea después de las 9:30 y no en cuanto salgas de cita se pasan no es posible que te tengan esperando 1 hora ??????

La atención aceptable, sólo la dra Anayelli Hernández Zambrano del consultorio 6 tv, no atiende bien se la pasa hablando por teléfono y no atiende bien y todo de mala gana.

Si bien hay servicios muy eficientes, hay médicos que dejan mucho que desear. Hay que estar batallando y pidiendo lo que tienen que hacer, porque sencillamente no tienen vocación de servicio. Esa situación de las citas es una mentada de madre, así como su unifila que es para perder él día entero. Las enfermeras, hay algunas que parece que les van a pedir limosna. En fin, los años y gobiernos van y vienen y el IMSS sigue plagado de irregularidades y malos tratos, con honrosas excepciones. La verdad no peca pero incomoda.

Es increíble que aunque te otorguen una cita para Rayos X te hagan esperar más de 1 hora y todavía tienen el descaro de decirte que hay mucha gente se supone que las citas son para agilizar la atención es una pena que no tengan personal capacitado y que no tengan coordinación para realizar dicho estudio que lástima que sigamos así después de años.

Para los que no tienen cita, comienzan a formarse a las 6 de la mañana, los trámites inician a las 8:30 de la mañana, llevar carnet y credencial de elector. Para pruebas de Covid, revisan en el sistema si has realizado la prueba en el IMSS con un tiempo de un año atrás. Si la realizaste no te la realizan de nuevo. Si no tienes por lo menos 3 síntomas para la prueba de Covid no te realizan la prueba

Muchísima gente enferma y la organización pésima. Te tienen en la parte de afuera del hospital para que te den una mentada ficha y así te asignen tu consultorio , después pasas a tu consultorio y resulta que es muy normal que no acudan los doctores obvio no se disculpan ni nada; te pasan a una mentad@ unifila en donde hay muchísima gente la cual esta esperando a que le asigne un consultorio que Esto tarda alrededor de dos tres horas , una vez asignado tienes que esperar a que alguien de esos mismos consultorios no acudan para pasarte en ese espacio , ahora esto si alcanzas antes de que se termine el turno, de lo contrario ya fuiste. O sea todo el tiempo,toda la espera hay gente sin comer, viejito enfermos y no hay prioridad. Nefasto asco de clínica a se me olvidaba la señorita de unifila te responde absurdo de mala gana y sobre todo gritando. Fin
