Sigue siendo nefasto el servicio en esta clínica, ojalá se logre hacer algo es en verdad no trabajan nuestras instituciones, no es justo un descuento por este tipo de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como siempre un servicio de lo peor, mi doctora es muy lenta, atiende a pacientes en nas de media hora, aunque tengas cita a las 8 sales de la clínica mínimo a la una de la tarde, cuando la cita es después de las 11 te atiende ya que va a terminar su turno, llega el turno de la tarde y la doctora esta buscando consultorio vacío solo para preguntar qué problema tienes, te medica cualquier cosa y te pide regreses al día siguiente, al dia siguiente es la misma historia, la reporte con el jefe clínico y al parecer a el no le importa ya que no hace nada al respecto, también acudi con la directora de la clínica pero solo se limitan a decir que te darán el comprobante para presentarlo en el trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de clínica, la atención hacía los derechohabientes por parte del personal de archivo y de laboratorio es muy déspota, bastante groseritos los señores y también algunas asistentes médicas... Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor los mendigos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y comunicación por parte de los médicos de atención familiar la doctora luceli Gumersindo Galicia cédula profesional 8083934 me hizo ir hasta HGZ 197 para sacar cita de primera vez a obstetricia llegando allá me dice que mi unidad es la que tenía que general la cita, la perdida de tiempo y de dinero que es ir hasta allá, luego la Dra. Rosa Elena Morales Salazar cédula profesional 09283332 bien déspota se burla en mi cara diciéndome que pobre de tu caso, pero para que me embarazo si no voy aguantar nada, vas y los reportas, y ni caso te hacen
