1; Hay que llegar alas 7:00am o antes para hacer fila y poder apuntarse en una lista para ser atendido, así seas de matutino como vespertino.
2; Los del vespertino hay que llegar ala 1:30 pm para que no te quiten tu lugar, peeero... Te atienden hasta casi las 2:30 pm, tiempo de espera 1 hora o más.
3; La ruca de orientación e información es una inepta, ni le pregunten nada, les da mejor información cualquier persona de ahí, que ella, "que para eso está". Solo está de adorno, (feo).
4; Date de alta por Internet, o la aplicación, y después te diriges a archivo para que te asignen bien un consultorio y un horario, (ojo el horario no se cambia en 1 año).
5; Los papeles son todo en original,
Número de seguro, credencial de elector o cualquier credencial vigente y oficial,
Comprobante de domicilio (no mayor a 3 meses) así venza ese día no te lo van aceptar.
1 fotografía tamaño infantil a color o blanco y negro eso no importa.
En cuestión ala atención, es buena, lo que siempre se espera de clínicas del IMSS de repente algunos haciendose pen... platicando, abrazándose, riendo, en el celular y haciendo otra cosa que no sea atender a las personas, total mientras no sean sus familiares los demás pueden esperar.
Ojalá les sirva la información.
Cuíden su salud para que no tengan que ir a estos lugares a pasar un mal rato.

Cuando no hay medicamentos recetados, lo cuando es muuuuy frecuente, te piden llamar por teléfono a los tres o cuatro días. Solo que hay un problema: nunca contestan ninguno de los tres teléfonos en el sello de la receta/vale.
Esto es en el turno vespertino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia positiva el asistir a esta unidad médica, pues el personal es amable y cordial. El sitio está limpio y hay las medida de higiene necesarias.
La atención en el consultorio 1 turno vespertino es buena y satisfactoria.
Eso sí, debes llegar puntual 15 minutos antes a tu cita para ser atendido, de lo contrario pierdes tu lugar y deberás reagendar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de hoy a tencion por sospecha de covid y la clínica a las 5 de la tarde está cerrada y sin ningún aviso cuando dice q esta abierto en un horario de cierre de 8.30 de la noche
