El personal de ventanilla laboratorio inicio hasta 7:20 su trabajo, (de la fila de discapacitados mi mamá era la tercera) cuando la señorita vió que yo llevaba a mi mama dijo que yo debia formarme en la fila (como 200 personas) y que ahi dejara a mi mamá sola esperando en ventanilla mientras llegaba mi turno... es imposible establecer un dialogo con el personal y hacer entender que yo no soy el paciente. La paciente es mi mamá un adulto mayor de 84 años con discapacidad de movimiento en piernas y hombros (gonartrosis)... pesimo servicio, capacitacion y actitud I took my mom to the lab, 6:45 am in her wheelchair, very good because surveillance gave immediate access due to disability.
