★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la doctora, de la asistente médica, de farmacia y laboratorio excelente. En urgencias se tardaron porque atendían las verdaderas urgencias, aún así el trato fue muy atento. Solo una persona no fue muy amable, la técnica de rayos X pero fuera de todo eso, me parece que siempre está limpio y ordenado.
The attention of the doctor, the medical assistant, pharmacy and laboratory excellent. In emergencies they took because they attended to the real urgencies, even so the treatment was very attentive. Only one person was not very kind, the X-ray technique but outside of all that, it seems to me that it is always clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he recibido buena atención, sin embargo hago notar que desde que está la Dra. Atzyari Contreras Uribe, he recibido una atención excelente en el Consultorio Núm 1 VP, ya que junto con su asistente de consultorio hacen que los pacientes nos sintamos muy bien atendidos, mejorando grandemente la opinión que los pacientes teníamos del IMSS, ahora es una Clínica ordenada, limpia y con personal que brinda atención profesional. Lástima que nunca contestan los teléfonos.
I have always received good care, however I point out that since Dr. Atzyari Contreras Uribe has been here, I have received excellent care at Clinic No. 1 VP, since together with her office assistant they make patients feel very well cared for , greatly improving the opinion that patients had of the IMSS, it is now an orderly, clean clinic with staff that provides professional care. Too bad they never answer the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica que da buena alimentación, ya que:
* hay elevador que sí funciona,
* Cuando no las personas llegan tarde a la cita, como quiera dan la atención médica enviando a los pacientes a UNIFILA.
* Casi siempre entregan los medicamentos completos.
*Las personas que entregan los medicamentos, atienden bien ?.
* Sólo hay que hacer más limpieza en los baños y que pongan papel sanitario y jabón para lavar las manos y papel para secar las manos o secador de aire.
It is a clinic that gives good nutrition, since:
* there is an elevator that does work,
* When people are not late for the appointment, however they want to provide medical attention by sending patients to UNIFILA.
* They almost always deliver complete medications.
* The people who deliver the medicines take good care of them ?.
* You just have to do more cleaning in the bathrooms and put toilet paper and soap to wash your hands and paper to dry your hands or air dryer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tardaron más de 2 horas en atender que porque el cambio de turno. Ósea que la recepcionista del turno de la noche llegó como 1 hora tarde o más, y el doctor del turno de la noche llego 2 horas tarde… qué les pasa!????? Es un area de EMERGENCIAS y ¿dejan esperando tanto a las personas por cambio de turno porque llegaron TARDE?
Ósea por eso se les muere la gente en los pasillos o que?
Se pasan.
Ah y encima me dieron esto que dice que no puede ser usado ni como receta ni justificante. Después de tanto esperar me dieron esto!!
It took me more than 2 hours to attend that because of the shift change. So the night shift receptionist arrived about 1 hour late or more, and the night shift doctor was 2 hours late… what's wrong! ????? It is an EMERGENCY area and do they leave people waiting so long for shift changes because they arrived LATE?
So that's why people die in the hallways or what?
They pass.
Oh and above they gave me this that says that it can not be used as a prescription or a receipt. After so much waiting they gave me this !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento no están dando servicio en las instalaciones por remodelación hasta nuevo aviso. Se trasladaron al Hospital Santa Cecilia, Isaac Garza 200 entre Galeana y Guerrero, colonia centro. Para que no den la vuelta en vano, buen día:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica tiene bastantes consultorios pero no todos cuentan con un doctor,, algunas veces pasan rápido, cuenta con en el primero piso, cuenta con elevador, la farmacia no siempre tiene todo los medicamentos. En el de archivo siempre es un caos, no son Dana amables, no cuenta con básculas para bebes,
El área de urgencias se encuentra en la parte de atrás tuve una muy mal experiencia :(
The clinic has many offices but not all of them have a doctor, sometimes they pass quickly, it has on the first floor, it has an elevator, the pharmacy does not always have all the medications. In the archive it is always chaos, they are not friendly Dana, they do not have baby scales,
The ER is in the back I had a very bad experience :(
