★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único detalle que veo en esta clínica, es el departamento de archivo, solo dan servicio para algunos trámites de 7 am a 11 am. No es Justo, habemos mucha gente que pedimos permiso en el trabajo y ellos inventan sus horarios. La señorita es un poco grosera, y nada amable. Por servidores como ella, dan mala imagen al IMSS y nos tratan como si nos hicieran un favor siendo que es un derecho que tenemos. También la doctora de urgencias de la noche, no tiene actitud de servicio.
The only detail that I see in this clinic is the archive department, they only give service for some procedures from 7 am to 11 am. It is not fair, there are many people who ask permission at work and they invent their schedules. The lady is a bit rude, and not at all friendly. For servers like her, they give the IMSS a bad image and treat us as if they were doing us a favor, since it is a right that we have. The night emergency doctor also has no service attitude.
