★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica es pequeña pero tiene accesos para sillas de ruedas y elevador. La unifila regularmente funciona bastante rápido, obviamente hay quienes trabajan con eficiencia y quienes no pero esta generalmente regular el servicio. Los baños necesitan más cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUSCAN COMO DARTE EL SERVICIO EN EL TIEMPO MÁS LARGO, NO SABEN DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO EL PERSONAL. FUÍ A CAMBIAR UNA CITA Y ME DIJERON QUE EL SISTEMA EN AUTOMÁTICO DA LAS FECHAS, Y CUANDO TECLEAN EL TIPO DE ESTUDIO QUE REQUIERO EL SISTEMA INDICA QUE EN UNA SEMANA HAY ESPACIO. LA PERSONA MENCIONA QUE NÓ Y POR SUS CALZONES CAMBIA LA FECHA A DOS MESES MÁS. ES LA BUROCRACIA EN SU MÁXIMA EXPRESIÓN, HABRÍA QUE PEDIR UNA AUDITORÍA POR PARTE DEL SECTOR SALUD PARA VER COMO ES LA ATENCIÓN AL DERECHOHABIENTE.

I WENT TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY GIVES THE DATES, AND WHEN THEY TYPE THE TYPE OF STUDY THAT I REQUIRE, THE SYSTEM INDICATES THAT THERE IS SPACE IN ONE WEEK. THE PERSON MENTIONS THAT HE DIDN'T AND BECAUSE OF HIS UNDERWEAR, HE CHANGES THE DATE TO TWO MORE MONTHS. IT IS THE BUREAUCRACY AT ITS MAXIMUM EXPRESSION, IT SHOULD BE REQUEST AN AUDIT BY THE HEALTH SECTOR TO SEE HOW THE ATTENTION TO THE RIGHT HOLDER IS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer 26 de julio, m vi en la necesidad de acudir por cuestiones d gargànta, me canalizaron al area d respiracion, m forme 5:10 am para ser atendida, el Dr del 1 me atendio esforzadamnte ya q tenia pendiente resultados, inmdtmnte m mando a el area d Covid o respiracion, era 9:45 am y pues me dieron la 1 las 2 d la tarde y mi carnet como el d la persona d atras nos fueron recorriendo, nunca pasaban los q llegaron antes menos yo, además del nepotismo d las d ventanilla y la falta d respeto para los q vienen formados, a medio dia la gente q esperaba seguia esperando asoleada y desinformada, para algunos q ya no habia tal medicamnto y seguian esperando minutos antes d las 2pm m acerq a preguntar como vamos y m indicaron q pasariamos a ser atendidos en el Vespertino el sr d atras ya se sentia mall el es diabetico, ni para ir al baño no habia agua, no habia medicina no habia sensibilidad minima para indicar sus turnos, el Director andaba por ahì sin ver la situacion nì ojos para mirar, 1 30 pusieron asientos.... y sin avance de esa enorme fila q ellos desorganizan.... Estos actos d negligencia se deben d atender somos humanos y debemos d sè respetados minimo nuestro lugar, escaces de Medicamnto cuando es urgente y necesario me sali d la fila ya eran 3 pm y seguiamos en el.mismo estatus d avance, para revision d vias respiratorias tendria q haber esperado hasta 6 o 8 pm ... las personas q estuvieron ayer no m dejaran mentir, en lo personal es frustrante Denigrante **** Sr Director ponga cartas en el asunto mire a su entorno y traten con respeto y dignidad cumpliendo cis sus protocolos Humana y clinicamnte, por mí por los d 3a edad y por todos....minimo tengan agua enel baño de esa area totlmente sucio de dias, y sí a las sritas asistentes les molesta su chamba habemos gente empatica para trabajar con disponibilidad; d verdad Denigran desatienden la salud demuestran valemadrissmo muy mall clinica 45 del IMMS pesimo servicio... y en cuanto a infraestructura ya tiene años la clinica seria el colmo q no tuviera elevador o q no este en condiciones optimas...lamento q el de RX se haya infectado de Covid eso mencionaron tenian un desmadre para reagendar eran las 9 am y aun no llegaba el d ventanilla para reagendar a los q estaban formados desde las 6 am hablando de la citas del dia 6 de agosto, q mal me ha ido en esa clinica mejoren por favor yo resisto pero es incidencia tras incidencia!! autoridades atiendan y mejoren el area de RESPIRACIONES Y AGUA EN LOS SANITARIOS POR PIEDAD!! *************************Siguen las malas experiencias, les comparto m hice Papanicolao en mayo 2021 por algunas molestias, dolencias, y pues el q recibe los resultados no lo encontro, m manda a cordinacion d enfermeras tampoco lo encontro y ella firmo d recibido, q incomodo andar buscando d consultorio en consultorio. Busque en una libreta q casí m la avientan y a buscar mi resultado por 6a vez. por nombre m busque y solo mi nombre encontre.. negligencia tras negligencia no c encontraron mis resultados d Papanicolao,este resultado para entregarselo al Medico d mi consultorio, m dijeron vuelaselos a hacer...ahora hay q pagar laboratorio e invertir dinero y tiempo? esperemos q m valla mejor con las q hacen el estudio ya q la q m hizo el Papanoicolao ademas d prepotente flojas para atender. Mala atencion Negligencias al por mayor y el servicio sigue pesimo??? Cuento con evidencias d mis malas experiencias en Clinica 45
