★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio institucional, para medicina del trabajo, mil trabas con tal de no pagar las incapacidades, piden requisitos que no piden en su hoja de requisitos, para sacar una cita formado a fuera de la clínica en pleno sol más de una 1 hora y media para sacar una cita, cuando uno viene mal, se debería ya hacer algo para que cambie está institución que según nos cuida, pésimo el IMSS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en general es buena, solo me parece muy mal que si no llegas al menos 5 minutos antes de tu cita te cancelan la cita. Si, aunque el doctor vaya atrasado y tu tengas que esperar 30minutos o más para que te atiendan, el sistema y las asistentes medicas te cancelan la cita si no llegas 5 minutos antes de tu hora. Si quieres te puedes quedar a esperar a ver si se libera un espasio porque alguien falto y te hacen el favor de meterte ahí. Entonces tendras que esperar unas dos o tres horas. Me parece injusto este sistema, sobre todo por que yo trabajo en otro hospital IMSS y doy consulta y siempre se les da a los pacientes mínimo 15 minutos de tolerancia después de su hora de cita. Aquí yo no se quién se invento eso de que si no llegan 5 minutos antes de su cita se cancela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena si cumples con los horarios si quiere cita usa la app en tu cel. es muy buena no llegues tarde porque el sistema asigna tu lugar a pacientes de la unifila (espontaneos sin cita)

Hasta me dio a entender que mi hija no nesecita la misma atención que algún otro pasiente por eso en mis citas anteriores pasó 10 o 15 minutos después de mi hora, sin dejarme ni hablar me quito el carnet de las manos y lo voto en el área de unifila, y ni modo mi hija se quedó sin su cita pero ahí no pienso regresar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Agosto me enfermé de COVID, tenía 39 grados, me tardaron en atender 5 horas mientras yo me sentía mal y ahora que voy solo por una gripa no me dejaron pasar a mi consultorio, me juntaron con personas infectadas de covid, el lugar está descuidado, estaba lloviendo y hacía aire, ahí me terminé de enfermar, lo único bueno es que me dieron mi medicamento aunque les falto el antibiótico
