★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es nefasta. Asistes para hacer trámite de una alta en el IMSS y no te quieren atender. La señora que por obvias razones no quiso dar su nombre. Te dicen que forzosamente realices el trámite por internet. No quieren hacer su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente es una pesima atencion la que caracteriza a esta Unidad Clinica desde el Director hasta los Medicos, y en particular a las Medicos de los Consultorios 15 y 18 del Turno Vespertino las cuales lejos de dar una atencion correcta a sus pacientes sobre todo a los de la tercera eda y hasta los discapacitados los ofenden y discriminan, cisrcunstancias de la cuales ya fue enterado en forma oportuna tanto el Director como el Jefe de Medicos y no han hecho nada, tal parece que le hacen un favor al derechohabiente y lo unico que buscan es hacer antiguedad para una pension, dan Pena.

Angelica Guadalupe Barrios Tenorio, quien da consuta en IMSS clinica 13, porque desde hace 2 años que mi Sr. Padre tubo 2 infartos cerebrales a tenido el tiempo y la dedicacion para con el la paciencia que muchos medicos no han tenido hacia mi padre desde hace 2 años los medicos que me lo atendieron en la clinica 48 me dijeron que no se bolveria a momer pero ella me dio la fuerza y esperanza, ahora mi padre esta por cumplir 88 años de vida y se mueve ya a un 90% y es gracias a esta Dra. quien le a dado la fuerza y esperanza de que se puede si se quiere.
Gracias Dra. Angelica por todo su tiempo y dedicacion hacia mi padre...
Dios la colme de muchas bendiciones ya que lo que he vivido y visto de usted la paciencia que nos tiene a todos sus pacientes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir porque mi clinica esta cerrada ya que es sabado, entonces fui a azcapo y me dijeron lo siento pero si ya se le atendio dn clinica su urgencia ya aqui ya no se puede vallase a la 24 de insurgentes! No puede ser ni si quiera puedo caminar bien estoy incapacitado! Y no me paso a consulta la recepcionista que recibe las carnets! Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lamentable es el servicio de ésta unidad. Empezando por el conmutador nadie contesta. Una vez que haces la marcación de la extensión de la farmacia, nadie contesta. Además que estan exhibidos los números de teléfono en las ventanas de la farmacia estando incompletos. Pero que no se traté de desayunar en horas de trabajo porque todos salen puntualmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es imposible comunicarse telefonicamente, ya que el conmutador no sirve, este problema ya tiene años, ya meti una queja con las TAOD ,sin respuesta alguna; cuando no hay medicamentos ,resulta mas complicado ya que hay que estar asistiendo a la clinica ,lo cual implica perdidad de tiempo y recursos.....parece que nadie tiene la autoridad o capacidad para solucionar este problema....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hoy me presenté en el área de urgencias COVID para que me dieran mi incapacidad y la doctora Santiago Jocabey que fué quien me atendió, su actitud fue muy prepotente y discriminatoria, se supondría que es una persona preparada que ama su profesión y es todo lo contrario.
