★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi bebe y no hay atención, te tratan terrible, me hicieron esperar más de 2 horas para decirme que no había pediatra y que no había solución para atenderla, que me fuera a mi clínica, me dicen que les da pena que me tardara en traer a mi bebe, Y si la pienso más de 3 veces porque no te atienden, se la pasan platicando y hablando por teléfono, cuando solo nos hacen esperar por nuestra salud, da tristeza la falta de ética y la ineficiencia siendo profesionales de la salud si así se les llama!!

Es increíble que aún teniendo cita te hagan esperar 5 horas o más para que cuando te atiendan te digan que no hay doctor/a y te traigan de un lado para otro. Se la viven echando chisme, así que dudo mucho que no atiendan rápido porque estén ocupados, al contrario, solo están perdiendo el tiempo y haciendo que los demás igual lo pierdan. Muy bonita infraestructura por fuera pero una verdadera lástima que su servicio sea nefasto. No es la primera vez que me sucede algo así, son varias y no solo a mi, a muchas personas. Y es aún más sorprendente que se brinde este servicio tan malo viniendo de un lugar destinado a la salud. Horrible lugar
What a terrible service, so inefficient and so time consuming. It is incredible that even having an appointment they make you wait 5 hours or more so that when they attend you they tell you that there is no doctor and they bring you from one place to another. They live by gossiping, so I highly doubt that they do not attend quickly because they are busy, on the contrary, they are just wasting their time and making others lose it anyway. Very nice infrastructure on the outside but a real shame that their service is disastrous. It is not the first time something like this has happened to me, there are several and not only to me, to many people. And it is even more surprising that such bad service is provided coming from a place destined for health. Horrible place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes dinero para pagarte un consulta en otro lado hazlo. En la clínica tardan horas para atenderte, y ya que te atienden te dan cualquier cosa para que te vayas, un paracetamol y adiós, realmente no les interesa saber cual es la raíz de tu problema o ayudarte :/
If you have money to pay for a consultation elsewhere, do it. In the clinic they take hours to attend to you, and since they attend to you they give you anything to make you leave, a paracetamol and goodbye, they really are not interested in knowing what the root of your problem is or helping you :/
