★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, en verdad q decepción de clínica seudomedicos, con perdón de los q de verdad aplican sus conocimientos y lo utilizan para salvaguardar la salud de los pacientes, mi madre lleva más de una semana enferma, acudió al módulo de enfermedades respiratorias le dijeron q era infección, le dieron inyecciones, días posteriores se puso más mal, acudió nuevamente y le dijeron q era bronquitis crónica y volvieron a medicarla. Mi mamá pidió una prueba covid ellos dijeron q no era necesario q era bronquitis. Mamá siguió sintiéndose mal, en la 60 clínica del imss también le hacen la prueba y si, en efecto era positiva al COVID .. malditos médicos, se qejan de uno y ellos son los q hacen q uno propague la enfermedad sin conocimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un asco los doctores, se nota la nula empatía por los pacientes, te dicen que debes sacar cita pero el la aplicación te la dan dentro de 20 días o mas y si los pacientes requieren una cita urgente tienen que ir temprano con el frío para que te pasen dos horas después y otra hora para que te “chequen”, por qué se nota la poca importancia que tienen por sus pacientes, autoridades deben estar al pendiente del este lugar pues reúne a muchos pacientes de un municipio de alrededor de 366,000 habitantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es nefasta, llego 20 minutos antes a mi cita y me encuentro con que no hay doctor ni asistente en la puerta, me mandan a unifila y la espera es de literalmente horas porque las trabajadoras entran y salen del módulo para comer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a atención medico continúa a las 9pm y como no llevaba carnet me queria negar el servicio la recepcionista, desde que llegue alzaba la voz siendo déspota y grosera. Le dije que le daba mi número de imss y mi ife para que viera que estaba vigente y era mi clinica, con todo y eso me dijo que era forzoso el carnet.
I went to continuous medical care at 9pm and since I did not have a card, the receptionist wanted to deny me the service, since I arrived she raised her voice being despotic and rude.
