★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio trato amable y respetuoso con todos y cada uno de los que visitamos dichas instalaciones en especial a el Dr que amablemente me atendió el día 12/12/ 21 un trato amable y de reconocimiento ya que atendió juntos a los pacientes que tenía y tuvo un trato tan amable con una sra de la 3a edad digna de admirar por su calidez y cariño con la atención de un caballero vaya mis más sinceras felicitaciones ya que de todo nos quejamos pero también hay que reconocer cuando haya que hacerlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal es grosero, nadie te aclara tus dudas y hasta se ríen en tu cara si les preguntas algo. Pésimo servicio y trato del módulo de coordinación, ponen a un señor calvo que parece que tiene flojera de trabajar.
Lastima que se aprovechan de la necesidad de la gente por tratarse, pero ni siquiera tienen disposición para atender de forma respetuosa.
Ojalá los suspendieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchos se quejan del personal pero yo eh visto como las personas llegan prepotentes con los empleados a exigir cualquier cosa y después piden respeto por el mal trato que reciben, la gente es nefasta no los que trabajan ahí, si llegas de una manera educada, amable te tratan de la misma forma, hay veces que las cosas se complican y los usuarios se vuelven locos y exigen de más, mi consejo sería ser respetuosos, y entrar con calma, nada lograrán con gritos o intimidar al personal, de lo contrario solo se irán de malas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL personal que realiza el estudio de OCT de nervio óptico, NEFASTOS, sin cubrebocas, cuando se dignaron a atender fue con malos tratos, irónicos y con una molestia evidente, encerrados mucho tiempo antes antes de terminar su hora de trabajo, unos malditos patanes. En Coordinación Médica señalan que no es personal del propio IMSS, así que es un servicio subrogado deberían revisar ese contrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general siempre me han tenido bien no tengo queja.Pero ahorita les falta logística una fila para hacer prueba rápida así descartar a los que no tienen covid una vez ya diagnosticados los positivos dar el segundo paso toma de signos etc y los que llegan con su diagnostico pasarlos a tomar signos receta y para afuera evitar que contagien y otra para niños y abuelitos que son más vulnerables atenderlos pronto y para afuera. Pero tienen solo una fila están revueltos positivos posibles positivos y no contagiados ojalá se organicen para evitar contagios necesarios por bien de todos.
