There are no doctors, they tell you that they arrive in so many days and it's not like that, they have you there waiting, while the new graduates and nurses take care of you. The time I was there, easy 35 people asked me the same, an INCREDIBLE harassment on their part. You feel weak, you can barely talk and they are there all the time asking the same questions, they do not respect your time for food. They took blood right and left, sometimes because they had "lost" the previous sample. They left me very hurt. Questions about the medicine that they are administering to you and they respond that they do not know what it is for, being that they are obliged to give you those reports. The nurses are more attentive, careful and answer your questions compared to nurses, almost the vast majority rude and arrogant. The only thing I appreciate is that they got me ahead and I was controlled by the internists, as well as nurses. Unfortunately, they then send you to other useless and arrogant doctors, such as Carlos Cerda, a very inhumane Gastroenterologist, who tells you that you will NEVER heal, do not listen to your comments, PATÁN in every sense of the word, you have doubts and he tells you that the next appointment responds to you because you do not have time, PESTIOUS doctor. You do not feel safe with your attention and you have many mental lacunae in your situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at all if you have a private office.

What can I say if I have had very bad experiences in that IMSS clinic only once they have treated us well but x XK recommendation in general there are negligence there are despotic personnel who only think I work there x what they are paid for their well-being in the doctors and nurses there are some very good and others very suitcases x that many people complain about the bad treatment that should be the opposite. XK for that they pay the companies and employers of the money that they discount. To one as a worker affiliated with the IMSS

It is a quiet place, it has a great sanitation regime, the treatment is friendly and the information is clear and very good medical attention.

It is a good place, you receive the necessary attention, however, the staff is insufficient for all the people who attend.

Someone explain to me why the hell I cannot pass a blanket to my little niece who is ill with her respiratory tract, if there the sheets they give do not heat anything! Social work, terrible treatment, more inhumane they cannot be.
