La atención de la persona muy buena (tanto en el local como por WhatsApp) y muy bien informado sobre sus productos. Como comentario, no hay estacionamiento cómo tal y el catálogo de Internet no funciona al 100 porque está en construcción la página.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Productos económicos y funcionales, primero investiga tu producto a comprar y después da tu opinión, a mi gusto he comprado ahi lo que a mi me ha funcionando, el personal es amable y respetuoso, aceptan tarjetas y efectivo. Y si tienen el producto físicamente te lo muestran y decides si es lo que buscas, también puedes hacer una devolución o te lo cambian por otro(en caso que salga mal) mas no de un mal uso del producto. Llama primero si tienen el artículo pues de repente se les olvida actualizar su página Web.

Calidad: los diferentes artículos que he comprado han sido exactamente lo que ellos me ofrecían respecto a durabilidad, protección, función y materiales.
Precio: el precio es bajo/justo en relación a la calidad de los artículos y orientación que ofrecen, además de evitarme dar una vuelta hasta el centro de la ciudad. Implicando menos tiempo y mayor seguridad en mi compra.
Servicio: solamente en una ocasión recibí un trato poco amable por vía telefónica. Sin embargo el resto de contactos, en persona y vía telefónica, han sido excelentes. Ofreciendome no solo una venta, si no, también orientación respecto a sus productos y cuál se ajusta a mis necesidades no enfocándose a venderme lo más caro.
Sin duda alguna seguiré comprando con IMT Importaciones.
I have shopped with them on at least four different occasions and have not had a problem with the items.
Quality: The different items I have purchased have been exactly what they offered me in terms of durability, protection, function and materials.
Price: the price is low/fair in relation to the quality of the items and guidance they offer, in addition to saving me from going all the way to the city center. Involving less time and greater security in my purchase.
Service: only on one occasion did I receive rude treatment over the phone. However, the rest of the contacts, in person and by phone, have been excellent. Offering me not only a sale, but also guidance regarding their products and which one suits my needs, not focusing on selling me the most expensive.
Without a doubt, I will continue buying with IMT Importaciones.
